Painless experience
I can't say enough wonderful things about Katelyn, Cody and the financial guy, they were not pushy and gave me the deal I needed. It was a painless experience and we were in and out in no time. I went home with a beautiful new car and I know I will be back when it's time to trade again.

Excellent Buying Experience!
Hallmark Volkswagen of Cool Springs has been servicing my three VW's since I moved to Nashville in 2014. It finally came time to upgrade my 2014 Passat TDI and purchase a new one. My dream car has returned!
1973 VW Beetle was my 1st car,2016 VWB will be my last !!! I love it. JB was the best salesman I've ever worked with! Friendly,Knowledgeable, Honest and NO PRESSURE! Loved him! Great experience,will definitely refer others. Facility was clean. JB took me straight to the car I wanted....just a perfect sales person to buy from! Service department is great!
I wanted to stop by and tell others about the guys in the service department. Bob, Neal and John were all great and helped solve a long time problem with my VW. If you need honest service these are the guys to see. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that is not easy. I will be back!

I'm not sure about these other people posting here saying bad things about this dealership and service department. I bought my car here and have always had good service. Bob and Neal in service have gone out of their way a few times to help me out and get things taken care of when it could have went the other way and cost me more than I could afford. Everyone can have a bad day but these guys care about the customer( at least I think so) and try very hard to do the right thing. I suggest you ask for Bob or Neal they will treat you right ( regardless of what others have said here). Trust them, I did and it turned out great.

Very poor service
We brought in our 14 Vw Jetta for top end noise they diagnosed turbo bad kept it a week got it back same noise and a much louder added noise sounds like a air hose is off coming from turbo. Called dealer back to ask questions they said they'd get back with me - 2 weeks later I called again and the service manager just wasn't very helpful. It seemed to me that they got done with their part by replacing what they say was wrong and just didn't want to take another look at what we had. The manager told me that the service tech had drove it and came back and was curious about a noise and went to checking but said the car was fine. So I took it home and now all u can hear is the turbo that sounds awful but that's normal according to Vw. Upon arrival I told my wife this should b a good experience but it soon enough turn to I believe they are just to busy to spend enough time to take care of everyone's needs. Needless to say when we do sell or get all the use out of the car we will never deal with any dealers that aren't closer to home. The nearest dealer to us is 1-1/2 hrs away in either direction, which I explained to the service manager. When the noises were discover upon getting home I called back and asked them to just come get the car because I had already lost 2 days work bringing and coming back to get the car and the noises were louder than when we took it. He said we can't come get because we don't kno what noise you are hearing. I told him if you can't distinguish my noise versus a new one something just isn't right in the shop. All in all we are done with the high end dealers. Going back to who I can trust my local dealers that do have enough time to actually look, diagnose, and repair my problems that occur.

VW Hallmark Avoid! Warning! This dealership is terrible!
Our daughters VW was serviced for over a year and still has the same symptoms as the first time we brought it in! Unbelievably terrible service from top down they have shady and worse yet they have tried repeatedly to intimidate, lie and continue to this day to say thing like your car had further parts damaged while parked at our store? How does $3000 worth or parts, same symptom and still deny that unneeded parts should be purchased by my family? This location should be shut down, they are rude to both my wife daughter and myself. Our car has not been driven more than five miles at a time for a YEAR!!!! Its been sent back to the shop aprox. 8 Times!!! Still does not run correctly....They will not refund my money, or make the car run correctly....what is wrong with this place?
