Fact, received an offer in writing, I agreed same day and asked them to send me the documentation, which the sales person did. Fact they changed it the next day and said "My Managers made a mistake", it's going to be another $1000.00. Clear Bait and switch..I have proof, just cant upload it apparently to this site...Wrong, really wrong...

Did not follow up nor do what I had asked. I called back to ask about original question but not yet answered.

Purchased a truck from here took it to get inspected the next day to find out it needs a new engine. Took truck back the next day to be told there is nothing they can do for us, its our problem not there's . Called general manager multiple times and left messages and have still have not heard anything back

Great service from Corey Wakefield in the sales Dept. Highly recommend Armstrong Chevrolet. Bought a used 2012 Ford F150 xlt: Awesome deal on a great truck. Corey was willing to talk price on the phone before I even saw it, which was handy since I live more than an hour or so away. Service department got the truck into top shape just as was promised, drove the truck home, and I am a happy guy. What more do you want from a car dealership? Fair, honest, and a genuinely friendly guy. No hard sell at all, and my wife and I were comfortable the whole time. And all this with the used car market out of control bcs. of the pandemic. He provided helpful information, a high value for our Trade-in and we were able to get the make, model and color we wanted on our new Forester!
