Rude service department

After having problems with a car purchase there we have bought the last 3 cars from another KIA dealer only to need service done thought we would give them another shot only to be super disappointed will never go back

I have bought several cars at Jeff Wyler and will buy my next one here also. Have used the maintenance department and the experience was painless and quick. I just bought a 2016 Sonata,and love it. My salesman Collin Crowe was very patient, diligent,friendly and professional as he helped me to find the right car for me. I highly recommend him if your thinking of buying a car. I also had the pleasure to work Jim Wasinger in the financial office he was also very friendly and helpful. Scott Semler also was very friendly and assured me if I had any problems that Collin could not resolve to contact him and he would help me with it. Will be sure to call Collin when I make my next purchase.

Fast service

I bought my used HHR from Russ Heaton at Wyler last October.Recently, when the car started hesitating on me, I decided to have my mechanic check it out. They diagnosed the problem but then suggested seeing if my car was under warranty. I called Wyler and got my car in within a couple days. The part that needed replacing wasn't under warranty but I decided to let Dale E. go ahead with the repair. After it was fixed, I was pleased because I got it back in a day and the cost was under what my mechanic quoted.

Wonderful customer centered experience

On June 8th my 13 year old grandson and I entered the dealership planning to purchase our leased Optima. It had been a wonderful car. We meet with AJ Jenkins who agreed to help us. He worked with us to complete our task. However he gave us some very nice options to upgrade with the same payment or a liitle more. I had not considered them until he made them available. All I can is that we went home with a brand new Sorento. Just what my wife of 44 years really wanted. Melissa in finance did a wonderful job as well to finalize our deal. All around a good experience for me and a learning experience for my grandson on how customers should be treated!

All good!!!

My Chevy Sonic is still under warranty so my oil change was free. They also rotated tires and checked my windshield wipers because they were streaking the windshield. The wipers were good but they cleaned them up so that the streaking stopped. I also had a free cup of good coffee and relaxed in a comfortable chair in the lounge. All in all, an excellent experience.

Got the Job Done!

I was interested in upgrading my Kia Sportage, which I got on the lease program five years ago, then purchased a couple years ago. I wanted to trade it now due to good mileage and the car was in great shape! I told Collin I wanted to compare buying a 2016 Kia Sportage to leasing again. But while we were viewing what was on the lot, I told him I wouldn't mind going back to Kia Optima, which I owned in 2004. Collin set me up on a test drive with this beautiful 2016 Kia Optima with all the bells and whistles I've never had. Long story short, I had a strict budget to keep and Collin made it happen. I am very pleased with my purchase and Collin's professionalism. This is the fifth car purchase I have made with Jeff Wyler and would highly recommend Collin to my friends and family.

Good, fast service

Service is always ready and able to wait on you as soon as you pull in. It isn't very long till the truck is ready and we are on our way.

Wonderful

The sales representive, loan manager and sales manager were all excellent. I had a very pleasant experience and I would recommend all my friends and family to use them. The last visit I made to Jeff Wyler wasn't what I expected (even though I did buy a car) but this purchase more than made up for my previous experience.

Always a great time

Even though I bought my car from another dealer Jeff Wyler is where I will go from now on. I get my oil change, any service for my car really. I also had to have a set of keys made because my 1 y old thought they were trash. I have not had any troubles with anything. They really go above and beyond for their customers! The staff is always friendly and I usually have at least 2 if not 4 kids with me. Thank you for being such a great place to visit with fast and friendly service.
