They lied and did not honor their commitments.
They lied and did not honor their commitments. I typically don't write reviews (good or bad) but i felt this one needed a review. They allowed a theft of a hitch on a truck that i bought from them and they delivered to me. Upon inspection, i immediately noticed that the hitch was missing and notified them. They strung things along just long enough for paperwork to go through and they would get paid. Now they won't return calls or email despite several attempts that i have made

If you have a trade in be pre-pared to get insulted its either that or these guys just didn't want to do business with me, I'd have had more respect for them if they had just told me no thanks. Considering it was a specialty truck that they sell new models of I expected a way better outcome
