It was a no doubt 5 stars from the moment I walked into the dealership. You can just tell Carol was experienced from the jump. She helped me get the exact car I wanted, barely wasted time and got right to it. She worked with what I had to offer and I ended up leaving with my car within a couple of hours. She was amazing and I couldn’t have done it without her help. No wonder she won all those awards over the years! Well deserved I might add. Now my mom might be trading her car in soon just because of Carol and after seeing my car, she was impressed. I will 1000% recommend her to everyone and anyone when they ask where I got my car. Thanks so much, Carol! Don’t retire before I get my next car in three years!

Test-drove at Martin Honda and decided to buy a new Odyssey. Obtained a couple quotes from other dealerships, and they were able to match. Of course I'll go with a local dealership for convenience... Paperwork was also streamlined and took less than one hour to go through insurance, finance, etc. Best car buying experience I've ever had, no hassle, no haggle, and no pressure. If you would like to get a good price but don't want to spend a lot of time negotiating, this is the place I would recommend.

Me and my wife went to the dealership with intentions of buying a used version of a Honda Odyssey. I’ve never bought a new vehicle before this because of the common misconception that the car depreciates the second you drive it off the lot. What changed my mind was the added value for only a relatively small amount more money. Walt Goodman very patiently explained all of the added warranty benefits, and the reliability that I’ll have this vehicle working in tip top shape well after it’s paid off. He was even patient enough to let us test drive the used one. But after driving the brand new lower tier model, there was no comparison in quality because of all of the luxury features that are now standard. We gave him a budget and the dealership helped us find a good fit. The quality control was also appreciated because the vehicle that we were supposed to receive first had one small scratch. The Manager would not stand to let that leave his lot, had another identical one detailed promptly and sent us on our way. Glad that we have a very high quality dealership to back us up for the life of our 2019 Honda Odyssey.

My lease was up at the end of the month and I was looking for a new CR-V. Bruce went over all the new features and colors for the 2019 models. He asked if I had questions and happily answered them all. Then we met with Kim from finance and she worked with us to make sure I walked out of the dealership with a new CR-V. This is my fourth Honda CR-V from Martin Honda and I will keep going back due to the great products and fabulous service from everyone at the dealership.
