My Subaru Tribeca got an check engine light for the
My Subaru Tribeca got an check engine light for the cruise control. With no Subaru dealership near me in GA I made a service appointment with this dealership since I was going to be in Tampa for a couple days. My son in law took the car in for me. To start the tech was late. Finally it was "fixed" in 15 minutes. I was charged $246 including 3% for using a credit card. The next day on the way home..same problem. When I called them they refused to credit me. My only recourse was to bring it back to them. 7 hours away. Impossible. I went to a dealership in Savannah and they found the real problem. A bad sensor. All S Tampa did was reinstall the vacuum hose. The service mgr even called S Tampa to verify what they did and told them it wasn't complete. So don't use S Tampa if you aren't close. And bring plenty of cash. They weren't willing to help in any way except bringing it back. Word to the wise to anyone using this dealership.

Service was immaculate from start to finish. My first point of contact, Jesse, provided extraordinary customer service and my saleslady Justyna might have been double that if not more. This dealer ensured I was comfortable with the vehicle as well as the price--trust me this car was worth it-- and responded accordingly to my concerns. I've put off buying a vehicle for a really long time and I wouldn't have dreamed of going anywhere else to buy my vehicle. If you want legendary service and super friendly staff-- from the front desk gentleman to the sweet woman in the office who offered me refreshments all the way to my finance guy (I forgot his name!) who spent a few extra hours with me just to make sure I had my vehicle protected with a nice warranty-- this is the place to go. 10 out of 10 stars for you Subaru of South Tampa!

This experience was wonderful from. The sales man Joe. To Lisa and anyone else we saw . I would recommend them to find your car. If I ever get money I would go buy a Car from them. Not happy with the price buy it turns out it was a good deal. From. Being picked up to all the paperwork being done was a good experience.

Originally very good experience.
Originally very good experience. We purchased towards end of day started at 3 pm had some IOUs for things. None of them were completed even after going back to the dealership and asking for them. They waited 23 days to pay off our trade in so we made another payment in the meantime. Just not overall a good experience.
