Awesome service as usual. Went in for a problem that needed further looking in to so they provided me with a loaner car until they could get mine fixed. The discount on the repair was a breath of fresh air with prices up on just about everything else these days. And, although I hadn’t noticed at pick up, my car was washed and tires detailed. Great customer service. Keep up the good work!

Matt Montano is an outstanding service writer, always makes sure everything is completed and is extremely strong in communication with his customers and his staff! Do not waste your time going to this dealership. Called the verify a vehicle was on the lot; then showed up for my appointment and was told vehicle wasn’t there. Then tried to sell anything on the lot; total xxxxxxxx!

I have used Subaru South Tampa to service my 2018 Crosstrek since late 2017 when I purchase it from them. The service team is highly competent and has always handled my service needs quickly. They have a very comfortable lounge area to wait while auto is serviced, complete with coffee and snacks. The staff is professional, courteous and friendly. Five Stars!!
