Our experience at Jeff Wyler Toyota in Springfield was simply outstanding! I contacted the dealership by phone after an online search revealed that they had in stock the perfect new Venza for us. We had already researched and test driven the vehicle (at another dealership- closer to our home in Cincinnati) where we were ready to buy. Unfortunately, we were unhappy and uncomfortable with the service we were receiving from the sales person we were working with (not following up wehen he said he would, refusing to call me - would only call my husband after repeated requests to contact me directly, didn't check our [excellent] credit to look for a better interest rate, etc.). Upon calling Jeff Wyler Toyota, I was put through to Ken Berry who was terrific in answering my questions about the vehicle and taking down all of my information. He let me know that it would definitely be worth the drive up from Cincinnati and actually had quite a bit of the paperwork ready before we even arrived. When we arrived, Ken was out on a test drive and we were greeted by Scott who brought the car into the service area so we could look it over in a warm dry environment. Scott was terrific in going over the features of the car and made us feel completely at ease at this dealership. After we inspected the vehicle and the dealership guys appraised our trade in, we were turned over to Kenneth for the financing options and I have to say while this is always the part that feels intimidating or uncomfortable, the experience was anything but at Jeff Wyler Toyota. Having spoken to Ken on the phone, they already knew what the numbers were that we were comfortable with and they delivered ... without any negotiations or question. I would, without any hesitation, refer friends, family, neighbors, and strangers to this dealership and would highly recommend Ken, Scott, and Kenneth for their outstanding service and for making buying our new Toyota Venza so enjoyable!

I was an internet sale. I told Cheri what I was looking...
I was an internet sale. I told Cheri what I was looking for in a car. Her response was not "we have one and come on down and see it. Her response was "here is the MSRP, here is the Kia Cash Back, and here is the internet discount"....it was a good offer. Then, when I stopped by Jeff Wyler, I worked with Ben Webster (Cheri's manager....Cheri was on vacation). I gave him my offer on the car and he accepted it on the spot....no haggling, no talk of finance, no talk of trade-ins. It was a great, smooth transaction. I felt like Ben & Cheri serviced me positively (not like every other Kia dealership I went to in the Central Ohio area). I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a smooth transation and positive experience.

I went with the anticipation of buying a new car but...
I went with the anticipation of buying a new car but thought I would be turned down with the trade in I had. Ken Berry was a great sales person and was very friendly and answered all questions that we had. Ken also tried his best on the negotiation of price. Ken has been helpful after the sales and is always there for help. The financing went real smooth with Kenneth V. He too was very polite and done his best in getting me the best rate possible with a payment that I could handle. The general manager I believe was Jay Lawrence and he also was a very friendly, and worked his best with the figures that I proceeded with. I rate this dealership as a pleasant experience in buying a new toyota. I would reccomend this dealership to family and friends. I am so happy that I got to purchase a new toyota...

Beth Adair from Jeff Wyler's internet sales department did an outstanding job selling me my new Toyota Tacoma. Most of our first interactions were via email,then phone conversations, and finally a test drive and price negatiations. Beth was very professional throughout the process and I never felt she was overly pushy at any time. I am actually thinking about purchasing another vehicle from her within the next couple of months.

I found myself in a bind when my 2002 Mustang suddenly...
I found myself in a bind when my 2002 Mustang suddenly died. It was a Thursday night and I couldn't contact anyone at my regular dealership. A friend put me in touch with her contact at Jeff Wyler in Springfield, and arrangements were made that night to get my car to their service department 1st thing the next morning. With this car being my only transportation, it was vital that it get back in working condtion as soon as possible. When I arrived, I was greeted by everyone with a smile and enthusiastic "Good morning - how can we help you today!". The service manager immediately took my information and got a technician working on my car straight away. They were able to diagnose the problem very quickly, fixed it, and got me back on the road in a short amount of time. Because of this experience, I will return there to have routine maintenance performed, even though they are not a Ford dealership and are a bit further of a drive. The people, service, and value make it worth the trip there!
