Great overall experience.

Great overall experience. Reached out to them online and they answered all my questions. No run around told them what I needed as down payment and what ballpark as monthly payment and they made it happen. My salesman Logan Marker did a great job knowledgeable and not pushy but eager to get deal done!

Purchased a used car from them about 3 mo.

Purchased a used car from them about 3 mo. ago. The car was showing a small leak on garage floor. Thought at first it was a/c. But after not using ac, the leak was still there. Took in to service and they said it was transmission pan leak and gaskets and that car was sold "as is". I found papers that said I had 6 mo. warranty. So then they said it wouldn't cover the exterior gasket. . Kept asking if I hit something, which I did not. Wanted to charge me 1500 for service. After complaining, they said they would split charge with me. The car has been there 6 days and is still not fixed. They kept saying it would be ready the "next day" but never was and they never called me. I had to keep calling them. They have been so unhelpful and I am still not sure what is taking so long. I had called salesman and manager and left msgs. The salesman finally called back, but didn't have any answers. The manager never returned my call. They didn't have any loaner till today and said I could have it for one day. I have told them I needed to go out of state to take take of health issures with my 98 yr old mom. So now they said I couldn't drive out of state. I am so frustrated with them, I could scream. And to begin with they charged me $852.00 for the cash price. Even though I had the ad with the sale price of car, they changed it on papers. And they can't explain why.

New Car purchase/lease - Toyota Jason Norton - Great job, friendly Isaiah Williams - Very helpful in training, Patient Toyota team - very helpful, not too pushy and accommodating Current lease was expiring and went to Jeff Wyler looking for a new vehicle. They had several models and brands to choose from; Chevy, Toyota, Dodge, Hyundai, (more). Jason Norton reviewed all my needs and came up with a great vehicle choice. After we, Toyota team worked through the preliminary process, Isaiah Williams was very helpful and knowledgable in giving me an initial tour of the new vehicle, helped me set up and personalize my car (very patient), and was/will be willing to answer any questions then or in the future. Will definitely go back.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! True definition of “Used Car Salesman”! We were in the process of purchasing a vehicle on trade, application completed, price negotiated, payment established, etc… I inquired about putting a deposit down as I was 6 hours away, The sales person said his manager didn’t require a deposit, the vehicle is yours and it’s marked as sold. The next day I was notified that there was minor damage to the vehicle and it would be in the shop for repair so I couldn’t come get it to complete the transaction until it was fixed, While in the shop being repaired, I kept in communication with the sales rep daily, come to find out it was sold the day I was suppose to have picked it up following the repairs. Management was not providing the sales rep honest information just because he’s the manager. By the way, the Manager was driving this vehicle when I initially inquired about it. In fact, the Manager was suppose to have the vehicle back to the dealership for a video walkthrough. Needless to say the Manager didn’t have the vehicle back to the shop the next day so the sales rep went to his house to make the video for me. Again, Buyer beware and take your business elsewhere!

2 minutes ago NEW If I could give a 0 star review I would. Beware of shady business tactics from this dealership. We came in and the car we wanted to look at and that was posted online was “in service” and not available. We picked out another vehicle that was more but still affordable. The vehicle was at their Cincinnati dealership and we were told before we left that it was secured. We were going to finish up the paperwork today only to get a text that it was sold on Sunday. What!!! We were told that since we didn’t finish the paperwork that the dealership sold it on Sunday. There was enough time on Saturday to complete the final paperwork for the car. Very disappointed and will never buy a car from them. Did not even offer anything for the trouble other than we can send you over more vehicles that are available. No thanks. I’m done.

Trying to work with this dealership on several issues

Trying to work with this dealership on several issues especially with Grady blessings monitor general sales managers. They said they would fix my Chrysler 300 that was under a six-month 6000 mile warranty. Finally had to write a bad review about them because of the problems a car was having with the transmission shifting and the loud wind coming from the car going down the road they said they took it and they were supposed to replace the rear differential and an axle said that cured the problem. Now the transmission is slipping more than ever and it still got loud wind to it. Tried to call Mr. blessings back a few times he don’t answer the phone or call back, I suggest nobody buys from these people or have any type of work done because their service department even told me that they don’t do the repairs of something they just replaced. Departs well in my opinion that’s just a glorified parts puller don’t trust these people do not deal with him. I’m at getting ready to go to an attorney about this.. could you put them as a zero because I don’t allow that but that’s what it should be so I rated them as a

Mr. Gregory. Blessings I’ve tried calling you a few times after I got my car back this 2017 Chrysler 300 is still got the whining noise coming from it driving down the road and it shifted worse than it did especially when you hit passing gear it wants to wrap up to four 5000 RPMs before it finally grabbed everything you tell me you fix this this car ain’t been fixed. You might’ve replace the differential and put an axle in it but that was it and that must’ve not been a problem because I still got the same problems. Just the transmission is worse now I will not pull my review down or anything else because you haven’t lived up to what you said, and this car is under a six-month 6000 mile dealer warranty, not no extended warranty
