Kenny Ross is an amazing car dealership.
Kenny Ross is an amazing car dealership. They are willing to work with you at every step and make sure you are happy with the results. Roger Hatten was amazing and helped put my mind at ease and made sure I knew everything about the vehicle before I purchased it. He has a great sense of humor and puts u at ease at every step. I would definitely travel the 3 hours to come back!! Cassie was extremely helpful with the financing.

As to my service I was NOT satisfied.
As to my service I was NOT satisfied. 1. I told YOU what the problem was (The Door Actuator - right front) and was still charged the diagnostic fee of $222.00 dollars. 2. Kenny Ross did not honor my warranty in full. you was going to charge me the difference over what the warranty paid. Why have a warranty when Kenny Ross don't honor it. 3. My warranty was $100 dollar deductible and you said it would be closer to $400.00. 4. The door actuator cost ME $17.14 and I had it installed myself. 5. That is why I have my inspections, tire rotation and oil changes done elsewhere. 6. I have bought 6 vehicles from this dealership over the years. 7. I paid the Diagnostic fee and I will probably never return to Kenny Ross ford for any of my work. I always have a problem with the charges

Overall we had a great experience purchasing our Ford Maverick hybrid truck. Alex was helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and got us the features we were looking for. Ray helped us through the financing and got us a payment we could afford. We never felt like we were being "sold to" and the process was fairly seamless. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Ford.
