Inquired about a 2014 911 4s to see if it was CPO certified and was initially told it was too old, then was told they would sell it CPO certified for an additional 10 thousand dollars. It was already priced similarly to other CPO cars. Crazy!

I drove a 2006 Porche Cayman at my local Porche dealer in Lincolnwood. It had a clean carfax. I really liked the vehicle. I asked my son to take a drive and look at it as he is versed in all things mechanical-especially cars. He immediately noticed that at some point it had had some major damage and the body work had been poorly done. It was a bad bondo job and the paint didn’t even match. Clearly a previous owner had had an accident and a repair and not reported it, hence the clean carfax. Once it was pointed out to me and the sales lady-yes-it was very obvious. My son then looked under the car and came out with a handful of fresh oil. It had some kind of oil leak . The sales lady consulted with the manger about these issues. She called me and said that they had in fact known about the damage and are under no obligation to tell the customer about it because it was never officially reported and it has a clean carfax-SERIOUSLY?! Reader-it gets better. Even thought I had basically been deceived, I was still willing to purchase the vehicle if they might move on the price. The sales lady called me and said the manger will not move at all on the price at all. I was really shocked! They have an older damaged vehicle, I know about it and am still willing to buy it and they won’t move at all price wise -REALLY?! BUYER BEWARE. There is seriously something wrong with this place.

I was treated well on my trade. Tony and Dave were very professional and knowledgeable. The entire staff was courteous. Happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

It was quite an experience. My wife and I went to shop around but we found the car that we wanted. After talking to the ambassador Milton we convinced and decided to buy the car right at that moment.

From the time I walked in the door I felt welcomed and important to the staff. The staff was friendly and no pressure to buy. Test drove the 2023 Macan and two days later went back and made the purchase. The whole process was smooth and efficient. The salesman (Sean) did a great job.
