Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service! They made purchasing my new car seamless from start to finish. Delivered my beautiful new car right to my door! Very happy with my experience at this wonderful dealership. Will definitely be returning for future purchases!

⭐️ 1 Star – Absolutely Horrible Experience at Porsche

⭐️ 1 Star – Absolutely Horrible Experience at Porsche South Shore (Freeport, NY) Brought my car in multiple times over the past year for the same check engine light and other issues — every visit was a disaster. Each time, I was told the warning was “passive” and a “non-issue,” only for it to turn into a major repair later. When they finally replaced my thermostat and water pump, it took 9 days with no loaner car, and they still refused to fix the airbank sensor issue that caused it all. The car couldn’t even pass inspection when I picked it up. The next day, the check engine light was back on and the car drove terribly. My own mechanic fixed the sensor properly, but the transmission was now jerky. I brought it back again and was told the transfer case was bad — a well-known failure point with a past extended warranty, but mine was just a few months beyond it. Porsche corporate wouldn’t help at all. Despite being told it was a “one-day job,” it took the better part of a month to actually get the transfer case replaced. I was without a car, without a loaner, and constantly ignored — weeks of unreturned calls and unanswered texts. To top it off, the oil leak they promised to fix months earlier still wasn’t addressed, even though it could’ve been done when the front end was already apart for the water pump and thermostat. Between the endless delays, lack of communication, no loaners, and broken promises, this dealership completely ruined my confidence in Porsche. If you value your time, money, and patience — stay far away from Porsche South Shore in Freeport, NY.

I expressed my concerns, and to my surprise, he took my vehicle in without hesitation. I was very pleased with the prompt and professional service provided by Angel. Best automotive dealership I have dealt with in my 50 years. Very knowledgeable and professional. We purchased three Macans from this dealership and all experiences were fabulous. (and we were always made to feel "special") From Jake (sales advisor) to Zach (Sales Manager) to Kevin (General Manager).......alll are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them.
