I didn’t realize my inspection was up back in August and when I called them, they got me in within two days so I did not get any tickets. Only had my vehicle in for an inspection. Everything went well. Dropped it off and just asked if it could be ready by midafternoon. It was. I was pleased they could accommodate me!

I only have one complaint~ very difficult to reach them! There phone system is frustrating. It takes many rings to speak to a person. As for Service ~ very nice and try to solve any issues. Sales were great ~ David Biggs is a real people person. Thanks David. Was always looking out for the best results for us. The Financial person also was very easy to work with. So glad we dealt with Bob Johnson’s Ford in Pulaski NY
