I went in to test drive three used cars.

I went in to test drive three used cars. The salesperson was nearly silent the whole time. I asked questions and he either fumbled around searching online for the answer or didn't answer my questions. I was very interested in one of the cars and was seriously considering it. I am planning to pay cash, which I will have in one week, and asked if there was a way to hold the car. Back at the dealership, the salesperson said he would print info on that car so I could review it as I made my decision. Then I waited for ten minutes for the sales manager to talk to me before leaving. He said he thought I would have the money tomorrow not in one week, then said goodbye. The service was terrible and I felt like I wasn't taken seriously. It would have been a very easy sale for them. I will find a similar car elsewhere.

Sold me an expensive lemon and then refused to do

Sold me an expensive lemon and then refused to do anything. Had the car for 2 months and then it started leaking coolant. 2014 Lincoln MKZ..... Got to own it for months yet have to pay $16000 for it. Originally was obligated to pay $32000............ Terrible place and with sketchy sales people.

So, I got a 2021 Toyota Corolla from this place.

So, I got a 2021 Toyota Corolla from this place. Since I've had the car, I've had to replace the wheel hubs all the way around along with the sensors. Also when I had to get the tires changed, the rear tires were from 2012, which doesn't makes sense when the car is a 2021. The sad part is, when the wheel hubs in the front were changed, it was pointed out to me that the wheel sensors on both sides looked like they were sheared off due to the bad wheel hubs. So tell me, do you really think I'm going to that dealership to have them fix anything to my car if they sent the car home with me in that condition? Honestly if I could give this place zero stars I would.

Worst experience with car dealership so far.

Worst experience with car dealership so far. They have everything you know about bad dealerships and even more. Make sure to check carefully your final financial documents - they may cheat you even after you made a verbal deal with them.

What a horrible experience.

What a horrible experience. I purchased an '18 Dodge Journey. I knew it had higher miles but I assumed that the vehicle was fully inspected and with the Kunes warranty would be a good deal. 2 weeks after driving off the lot, there was a horrible rattle in the front. I called the dodge dealership in Elkhorn assuming that would be the best place to get a Dodge from Kunes serviced. They looked at it but couldn't find anything wrong. They noted at the time that there was concerning wear on the rear brake rotors. They also noted a recall and said they would order the parts. In the meantime I contacted Jake Trainor with the concerns about the brakes. Supposedly they were going to work out a deal with their sister dealership to comp part of a brake job. 1 week later I called to find out where the recall was at. The part was never ordered. And it sounded like the internal conversation never happened. When the part arrived, the rattle was back and worse, so the Elkhorn dealership took care of the recall and found the noise was from a failure of the power transfer unit to the AWD. They said the car should not be driven until it was fixed. I immediately contacted Jake again. I was told they would look into it and get back to me. A couple days went by and no word so I called Elkhorn. They had not been called by Madison at all. It took another week and a half before Madison finally got the car in their shop to evaluate. I again mentioned the brake concerns, and by this time, I had attempted to replace the front brakes as part of the 100k service. I found that one of the slide pins was seized up. I checked the rear brakes as well and found both pins were seized on the driver side. Having put less than 1k miles since purchasing, I was adamant the problem was there during the presale inspection. I was told they would address those issues as well. It took another 3 weeks before they finally had the part and got it installed. The entire time, I had to facilitate a loaner from one of their newer local dealerships to me in Beloit. That team did a great job and seemed to be the only ones concerned with how this experience was dragging on. I was the one calling to get updates from Jake or the Madison service manager. I purchased the car in mid-march and finally had it in the driveway for good in late May. I took care of the front brakes since I had the parts already. The pin was free and so I assumed they did what they said and fixed the seized pins. In December I noticed the rear brakes started squeaking like they should when they are wearing out. I ordered rotors and pads and jumped into the routine job. Imagine my surprise when I took off the driver caliper and found the pin wasn't just seized but the dust boot was torn and the pin was so rusted the boot was bulged. In 9 months, I have put 5k miles on it and spent over $1500 in parts And the $100 warranty deductible for the power transfer unit work. I thought going to one of the bigger dealer families in the area would be a great experience. I couldn't have been more wrong. As I look at needing to replace my wife's vehicle I know where I won't be shopping.

This place was god awful I will not recommend this place

This place was god awful I will not recommend this place to anyone. I was in the market for a car and this ford bronco caught my eye. I drove the car to see how it drove and it drove fine. It was not until I was inspecting the car and saw all 4 sides needed brakes. I mentioned the sales person that it needed new breaks and he told me that he was going to talk to his sales manager. This sales manager was rude and kept giving me looks at my downpayment as if it was bad downpayment. He was very un professional and was going to have me split the cost for fixing all 4 sides for brakes or increase the car loan payment. I will never recommend this place to anyone and go find a different dealership that will meet with your needs.

Steve was phenomenal to work with.

Steve was phenomenal to work with. He is very personable and knowledgeable. Trevor was very kind as well. Although I did not end up buying a vehicle here, I was very pleased with the customer service I received. I cannot speak to the buying experience but my experience with exploring options and test driving was top tier.
