To label this review i would just label it as DECEIVING.

To label this review i would just label it as DECEIVING. I purchased a car about exactly 12 days ago. I had a pre-approval letter and documentary check to bring to the dealership and before coming down from tampa to west palm beach; i called to make sure they would be able to accept Suncoast credit union. the representative i spoke to was Matthew, he told me "yes we do accept that! Come on down." As i come down to the dealership i call again just to verify before my trip down to west palm beach. they told me once again "yes we accept that credit union" i had a very acceptable rate of 6.75 with a very happy monthly payments i also called my bank and they told me that this happens alot that dealerships say they cant but the bank helped me secure my confidence that they would help make a deal. I get there and had Bruno as my sales rep., i explain to him that i had suncoast and my rates; i had everything ready to purchase the car i came down to get. once i am going through the negotiation part of the dealership, they tell me that they dont accept my bank........... therefore they ask me to try to pull my credit again to go through their banks and told me that i would most likely get a rate around my rate, i told them i dont think so and if they could try to go with my bank since i have been preapproved and have the check ready which not many people have those documents at hand. they then get me Space coast credit union with a 7.9% rate with a monthly payment of 640. Also it seemed like the my credit score actually was better with their bank by 10 points and i still get a high interest rate with a higher monthly. very disappointed in that aspect of the process and i had chosen this dealership over the others because they told me they accepted my bank and the reason why i didnt go to audi miami was because it was to late in the day and i dont live in west palm beach. it didnt seem like Arrigo wanted to satisfy my requirements or go extra lengths in accommodating anything to resolve my issue. on top of that they didnt thoroughly went over the "Arrigo advantage" in telling me that it is a package added ontop of the sale. we had a signed agreement of the vehicle to be MSRP at 36000 and in the contract it is MSRP 38995.00. seems like they lied about our agreement of the 36000 that was negotiated. Nothing has been resolved and i guess i will just leave this review to others to know that this dealership is very shady.

I was lied to and taken advantage of, financially. The deal was rushed and the salesman said they wouldn’t add the Arrigo advantage to my total but they did. I didn’t get a chance to even look hard enough. The whole dealership is a acam
