We had such a pleasant experience buying a car!

We had such a pleasant experience buying a car! Ordel is so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He efficiently handled all aspects of the transaction. We happily left with a new, 2025 Wrangler Sport S. Everyone at Arrigo was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Arrigo!!!!

Purchased brand new 25 Durango and with in the first week

Purchased brand new 25 Durango and with in the first week the engine failed while on the road. I have been experiencing mechanical issues with my 2025 Dodge Durango, which continues to suffer from intermittent engine failure, intermittent Radio failure and transmission issues. The vehicle has been brought to service team multiple times with no resolution. On September 9, 2025, my vehicle had to be towed to Arrigo due to the same recurring issue. While driving, the engine failed at a stoplight, leaving the vehicle unsafe and inoperable. I was advised by a sales manager that I could come into Arrigo on September 11, 2025, and would be provided with a rental car during the repair process. I arrived promptly at 8:50 AM on September 11, 2025, only to be informed by my service advisor explained that the Head General Manager of Arrigo , Andrew Vislosky had declined to authorize a rental vehicle. Instead, I was told I would need to pay out-of-pocket for a rental, despite being previously assured otherwise. This situation has caused me significant anxiety safety issues particularly as this is a brand-new vehicle that should not be experiencing repeated engine failures. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and inconsistency in communication from your dealership. I’m sure Mr. Vislosky wouldn’t want his kids wife or family in an unsafe vehicle but he fails customers. Keep up the great work Arrigo and Stellantis. You have failed. Please note they have messaged me 5 pm on 9/11/25. My vehicle is ready for pickup. Yet not able to duplicate the concerns. Let’s put me in life threatening danger with my service animal and kids.

This dealer plays the run around game.

This dealer plays the run around game. The final number was not the final number. At the end of the day, we got a fine deal but it was $3k better than what we were offered when we were at the dealership earlier and it took half a day to buy the car. The building was clean and the people were polite enough. I wish the process was more straightforward and quicker. I left feeling unsettled from a day full of confrontation instead of excited about my new car. I had to argue and argue for the price they advertised online. Not a great experience.

It’s not the same as dealing with the old owners I had to fight and spend 6 hours there when I know we can do it in two With a manager that knows me this was like I never bought a car before and I have bought at least 5 vehicles in the past at this place I shouldn’t have to spend all afternoon there when I already said what I wanted they should have been able to give me the best price in righting Marks dodge in Loisana had no problem giving me a price on the truck I was going to buy before this.you make a lot of money off the customers that don’t no any better once in a while just give me what I’m asking for and I won’t have to fill this out don’t blame your salesman he was just do his job I said in the beginning just put me with a manager that can make decisions I don’t like to play the game I’m past that and smarter than that Thanks for listening

Awesome experience.

When I got it, CarMax report said it had balance an

When I got it, CarMax report said it had balance an alignment, but it needed, it was shaking badly, battery was dead and the brakes were squeaky, I did took it back to arrigo dodge in pb where I bought it first time they took care of the battery they say they did a balance and alignment but it was still shaking took it back the second time and it was finally fixed

Clean dealership and friendly staff. However, the process took much longer than we expected. Also, the online payment calculator is completely misleading and unreliable.
