Our sales person was amazing to work with made the process extremely easy. We were in there purchasing a vehicle for our company to replace another vehicle unexpectedly. This was not a purchase we wanted to make, but had to make. Adrian got us through without a hitch.

If you are trying to find an honest dealer then keep

If you are trying to find an honest dealer then keep looking. We drove all the way across the state to get a specific Jeep Wrangler. We were told that it was a certified Jeep. A salesperson explained that that meant it went through this thorough inspection. Well it could not have been that through. This Jeep is a diesel. We discovered a couple of not so fun things on our way home. We discovered that the windshield wipers were coming to pieces. The back wiper literally came off like a piece of spaghetti. He also discovered by the time we reached LaBelle, that a light came on telling us that the Jeep had no DEF fluid. They took it to our mechanic less than 24 hours later. The oil was black, had not been changed. Overall, in the first 48 hours of owning the Jeep we had to lay out over $600 for things that should have been checked and taken care of in their certified inspection. We reached out to the salesperson who basically called us a liar. This is absolutely horrible service and it is testimony of how this dealership treats its customers. They know xxxx well we're not going to drive 3 hours back to get fluids changed. Within a week the automatic running boards stopped working. We have changed fuses and cleaned the mechanisms. All to no avail. Now we have an appointment to have a mechanic take a look at that. This has been a nightmare experience and the dealership frankly does not care. If the dealer doesn't care about their customers, the least I can do is warn other customers buyer beware! If you want to know if they're lying, look to see if their lips are moving.

Kyle, Sales manager, demanded I “get back in here” when I

Kyle, Sales manager, demanded I “get back in here” when I refused a VERY lowball offer on my trade in. Had to complain to the GM to get any level of respect and a fair price. Then, after arguing for days, I get the truck with half of a tank of gas in it. Tires that are too big for the wheels and uneven on inflation by a 25PSI gap from front to back. First salesperson knew next to nothing about the Truck I wanted OR the challenger i was trading in, the second salesperson, Jason, was knowledgeable about both vehicles and was the ONLY saving grace from this experience. All in all worst dealership experience I’ve ever had.

Staff was very friendly and the entire process was pretty

Staff was very friendly and the entire process was pretty much seamless. Buying a new vehicle can sometimes be a stressful experience but in this case it was fairly pleasant.

Iam not very happy with my ram truck….

Iam not very happy with my ram truck….buying a certified pre-owned 2021 ram longhorn….the CARFAX said I had 3 month or 3000 miles…..but I have heard that I don’t have it and I do have it ……today……I drove it home 35 miles and it has a bad whining in it……now Al Mercier

Shelby was great!

Shelby was great! Very helpful when breaking down the price, great attitude. Answered all my questions with a smile. Also a shout out to the finance department for not aggressively trying to sell extras like warranty or tire care etc.
