Extremely poor service dept.
Extremely poor service dept. Three service appointments and a multi inspection was only completed upon the first service visit, as a result to date, this jeep needs about $4,000. in repairs (including new tires). In addition, upon retrieving the vehicle on 2/4/25 from the service dept. I noticed a dent on the black removable top and several door scratches (estimate soon to come). Just a reminder, this jeep only has 28,000. miles, one driver, never off road testing and is kept in a climate control garage. I realize the Arrigo service dept didn't build the Jeep but they serviced it from the first year.

Bought new car and next day engine light came on.
Bought new car and next day engine light came on. You had car for 10 days and loaner cars had issues. Both of them. Not a great experience.

10 out of 10 experience. I usually hate the car buying experience. Jason Sanders was my salesman and made this experience delightful. We did everything over the phone/text. He was extremely responsive and professional. It was worth my traveling. My local dealership was dismissive and insulting. Jason not only beat their pricing, but did it with patience and class. Gene the sales manager was top notch.

Thanks to our salesman Jason Sanders.
Thanks to our salesman Jason Sanders. He was very patient with us as we tried to determine which Grand Cherokee model and options we were interested in. He showed us a number of vehicles to look at and sit in and then we went for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable as he explained how all the options worked on the different vehicles. He helped us to finally determine which car we liked Then the worked with Jerry Chute the manager to determine the trade in value of our old car and the price of our new Grand Cherokee. Over all everyone we dealt with were very helpful and considerate. We would give Arrigo Dodge Jeep of West Palm Beach 5 out of 5 We would Highly recommend our friends to call Jason Sanders to review their new lineup of cars .
