It took absolutely way too long and the Car was damaged.

The dealership is sketchy about the true cost of the

The dealership is sketchy about the true cost of the vehicles on the lot. Not mentioning added costs like Certified pre-own or Arrigo Features Value package. Most dealerships stopped playing that game and now openly share the full cost of the vehicle upfront. Not sure why Arrigo continues this poor tactic. Also, they didn’t disclose the loan rate until the very end when signing papers even though I asked several times. The vehicle came with 2 worn down tires that I had to negotiate for replacement, which is not acceptable for a Certified Pre-Own that I had to pay extra for. Lastly, when paperwork was finally done, the dealership never filled up the gas tank as a courtesy (common practice at other dealerships), and left me with barely any mileage to drive home.

Very bad experience unfortunately.

Very bad experience unfortunately. My van was not cleaned up upon delivery. Seats were badly stained and vehicle was very dirty. They assured me they would clean the vehicle well. Also, the inspection was not very good. Multiple light bulbs are out on the car. I do not believe a mechanic looked at the car. Numerous other issues as well with this dealer. I would not recommend. They were polite but not on top of things and very poor experience overall. Bought many cars, this was my first real negative experience.

Terrible dealership.

Terrible dealership. Sales Manager lied and wasted 4 hours of my time. Sales Manager has no relationship skills.
