Found out about $6000 of fees when we went to pick up and

Found out about $6000 of fees when we went to pick up and sign for the vehicle. Received two key fobs. One works and one is from another vehicle. Still waiting to find out when it will be corrected. Tried contacting sales person this week but no response.

My truck had issues took 2 times to get them to fix it. Everything else was smooth get customer service from my service he understood where I was coming from but finally they gonna to fix my problem.

Marissa was absolutely fantastic, she was extremely organized, answered all of my questions and made the whole process a breeze. She is truly a superstar and an asset to your team. I will be looking for her when I come back in 36 months to upgrade into a newer car after my lease is done.

Everything about this dealership is eye-catching.

Everything about this dealership is eye-catching. Well designed, light, spacious, airy. However the entire process of completing a purchase is unnecessarily time-consuming. I spent 5 hours just getting the transaction finalized. One or two finance people is ridiculous for the size of this operation. Ten salespeople waiting to get a manager's sign-off is ridiculous, While the coffee maker is nice and offers a wide selection, food is needed for a 5 hour ordeal,

The process for closing a cash deal was unnecessarily

The process for closing a cash deal was unnecessarily long. We provided the sales rep with all of our information hour before arriving, advised we would be arriving at 4 pm and had 1 hour to sign and leave. We sat for over an hour and a half waiting for “finance” to be available. Then we were told we could not be sent documents via docusign and sign electronically due to fraud, even though they had both of our licenses and we were present at the dealership. Overal, Mr. Nash and the finance team were pleasant, but the process took several hours on an all cash, no trade deal.
