Great service at CV Mazda! I loved how they kept me in the loop as my car was being serviced. The video was a nice touch.

My appointments have been started on time and everything that is done is always thoroughly explained.

The dealership remedied things that should’ve been in order when we bought the vehicle. The vehicle was certified used and apparently contracted the initial inspection with another company. Brake wear was beyond acceptable and the seatbelt in the rear was damaged possibly by a pet of the previous owner. Chippewa Valley Mazda cured these things quickly and with great courtesy I left with a very good feeling about the dealership and the customer service they provided us. excellent job done by the service writers and the service manager

This was the first experience with Chippewa Valley Mazda for my wife and I. My wife's car became undrivable so we were in need of something new quickly. Our experience was nothing short of excellent! Trevor explained everything very clearly and honestly and answered any questions we had. Even when two of the cars we wanted sold just a day before, we never felt pressured to buy something we didn't want. Trevor kept working with us until we had the one we wanted. There were some kinks as far as some of the paper work on our end but thankfully Adam spent one day patiently working with us to make sure everything was ironed out so we could finance and sign all the papers. We test drove Wednesday evening and left with our brand new CX5 on Friday! Trevor and Adam displayed a perfect example of teamwork and never acted unprofessional. When my wife and I are in need of another vehicle, we will be doing business with Chippewa Valley Mazda and specifically requesting to work with Trevor.
