Dishonest and rude

Dealership was willing to negotiate price which was good. But the customer service I received was standoff-ish and dishonest. I asked for details and photos of condition of underside of vehicle. Did not receive photos after asking twice and was told it was in good condition. An independent inspection found otherwise. I did not enjoy this encounter.

Do not go here.

My biggest regret is doing business with Bob Johnson. I have been over a month without me vehicle and its been a xxxx show since the beginning. I have no response on what is wrong with it or when it will be fixed. I was told it was done a week ago. My vehicle sat so long the Battery died and they tried to get my husband and I to pay for it. After I showed up to get my vehicle I didn’t make it a half mile down the road without the check engine light coming on. I have called daily for updates two days in a row I was told the oil is getting changed. They cant tell me what code is being thrown or any course of action. No one has any idea what's going on nor do they care.

My personal experience with bob johnson dodge

Attempted to trade in my vehicle agreed on a trade in price was given the worksheet.I was visiting there website saw there was a dealer discount that was not offered on my worksheet talked to sales associate he told me that was factored into the trade I told him there was no mention of deal discount at no time during our negotiations I assumed at that point they were trying not to give me the discount buyers beware.will not be attempting dealwith them again

Needed a new bulb in a headlight

We stopped in to Bob Johnson's on Washington street (thinking it was still FXCaprara) and made an appointment to have a burned out bulb in a headlight replaced on our 2017 Pleasureway camper van that is on a Ram Promaster chassis. The van was completely serviced in Arizona earlier this month before traveling to Watertown. We arrived for the scheduled appointment to be told that the appointment was for the following week and for a vehicle we don't even own. We wouldn't make an appointment for a vehicle we don't own. We rescheduled and kept this second appointment today April, 26, 2021. We were told that the headlight bulb wouldn't be replaced without first having a $99.95 "diagnostic" done. Information not given to us at either prior customer service encounter. We neither requested or needed a "diagnostic" for a burned out bulb. The " diagnostic" was not optional. The rational for having to have a "diagnostic" done for a burned our bulb was not offered. When we asked for our key back it was simply handed over as though the request was common place. Expecting anyone to simply agree to a $100 "procedure" for no reason and no explanation other than that the bulb won't be replaced without is shameful. Yes we did business with RX Caprara in the past No we will not go back to Bob Johnson's now or ever.

No return call or text

Contacted dealer about used car. I live hours away and when I asked for more information about the car, they stopped communicating. Perhaps the other poor reviews are accurate as they don't seem interested in selling used cars.

Would not recommend Bob Johnson to anyone

I WOULD NOT recommend shopping for a vehicle here at all. I came in to see a vehicle I was interested in and I was barely acknowledged for about 45 min. Finally they told me the car wasn’t ready because they didn’t have the title for it. They said the title would come in 2-3 days and they would call me. 3 days went by and I haven’t heard from them so I called the guy working with me and he ghosted me, couldn’t get in contact, everyone else who worked there was clueless. I wasted two weeks dealing with them. Don’t waste your time like I did going to bob Johnson . I then went to Davidson and purchased a car in 1 day.

Filthy and Damaged Used Vehicles

Vehicles were parked in mud and filfthy. Most of them had some damage. I was walking around for a half an hour before someone finally said something to me
