Service good.

Service good. However truck rear bumper and tailgate severely damaged. Service manager said they would repair but gave no paperwork.

Taylin Brack is great to work with.

Taylin Brack is great to work with. The mechanic was probably in a hurry though because after battery check and it showed failed. I went to the auto store where I purchased the battery and found that the red cover over the positive cable was off and was flipped over in another area under the hood which I’m glad I didnot loose and also the battery showed good from the auto store equipment that they used and showed me. So I was a little skeptic over the ordeal.

I enjoy taking my Ram 1500 to Arrigo Ram for service, because I know they do a thorough check of my truck and I don’t have to worry that there may be something that was overlooked and cause a bigger or problem or worse Thank you for the pride you take in your work

Wonderful experience.

Wonderful experience. Michael was so helpful and very profession and not overbearing. Our second buy from Arrigo and would highly recommend.
