Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass had the car we were looking for and when I called I was introduced to Milot. I asked many question and even asked for pictures that were not on the site which Milot provided. We negotiated a price and I advised him I would be in to the dealership in the morning and had a short window to see the car and finish the sale. Upon arrival before they opened the car was already pulled up front and I was greeted by Milot before they opened. The car was exactly as they represented it and he had the keys on him for a quick test drive. Everything checked out and we proceeded with the purchase. Upon walking in Milot had all the documents already drafted which I signed and was in finance within 25 minutes of them opening. The whole sale start to finish was 50 minutes. It took longer to wash and fuel the car than it did to buy it. The exact representation and quick turnaround was greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

Service is good and thorough. Updates and Communication about when vehicle will be ready is poor, used to be much better. This is frustrating. Don't expect to get car while waiting. You'll be there all day.
