They have advertised deals that I spoke to salesman about over phone then drove there looked at vehicles and then incentives were different when you start negotiating. Worked out a deal on grand Cherokee that was fair but not what discussed or advertised but we were happy with deal even though it was a battle to get it. Which is not a good buying experience. Then they bought our trade from us and we had to wait two weeks for check which is ok but their communication was horrible. I tried reaching out to Scott used car mgr left him two messages with no return call. So I reached out to GM Andrew Vislosky who also did not return message. Overall not a good buying experience

Appointment system is helpful to me as the consumer. Video inspections are great to help me understand what needs to be repaired
