Poor Service, I arrived on time to my scheduled service appointment and had to wait 30 minutes before being attended. Poorly coordinated! They had my car for 4 days before I called them to get an update. My issue was never resolved and on top of it they didn’t not clearly explained that my rental would not be covered if no problem is found. They said it was fixed and that it needed a bolt but after getting home found it still had an issue, so don’t think they did anything. Had I not called it would be there 5 days and I would have had a higher rental cost. Never going back!

Asked for new wiper blades, charged for new wiper blades. Did not receive new blades.

Anthony did a great job keeping in touch with me throughout the process. I enjoy working with him. However for whatever reason, my car was taken on a joy ride and my MPG went from 16 when I dropped it off to 11 when I picked it up. Not sure why a joy ride was needed to change a seat cover. I reported this to Anthony and he reported it to the shop foreman.

The attention and service is always remarkable. Nick is consistently on top of his game and the surroundings is always clean.
