Takes to long to get your car looked at. Had my 2023 car for 5 days for a rip on the seam on my back seat only to tell me they had to order a part which is not in yet. In the future they should have taken a picture of the seat and called me to bring the car back when they have approval for the repair and the part in.

Bring ma car for service they tell me they can even look at it or check what wrong with it. They said they didn't a loaner send me to rental they tell me they don't have a car for me
