Service writer is friendly and articulate. He came to me in the waiting area after the work was completed with the closed out work order and keys and said my car was ready to drive home.

Bob is an excellent service advisor. He’s extremely professional and he knows his stuff. He understands and respects the customers time and does his best to get the customers vehicle in and out. After throughly inspecting the work done, he reaches out and advise the customer that their vehicle is ready. Keep up the good work.

Nygel is one of the best to ever do it!!! He was very attentive, courteous and gave me exactly what I asked for and some. This is the place to go for your next vehicle purchase. Kenny was a big help in making this deal happen, they grant wishes at Arrigo!!! Even when I needed a loaner Ashley did her thing to make sure the process was quick. Iala has the best down to earth customer service hands down. Overall greatness at Arrigo. I am sending two people over to you all so be ready.

Oh boy, where do I start with this nightmare of an
Oh boy, where do I start with this nightmare of an experience. I would suggest first of all that you look at the service records on this truck, it goes on to infinity! Richardson is the worst service rep I have encountered since I had the one before him who you fired. He never verbally followed up with me for the almost 4 weeks you had my truck. He did not answer or return calls or answer text. My truck, this time, was in for the 5th time for the same problem of starting intermittently. After 4 weeks I am told by the Service manager Alma and supported by her boss that it's the battery. I said of course that this problem existed 3 years ago when it first happened and the battery was brand new. They seemed more worried about having to spend $2000 or whatever it was to provide me with a rental car. Long story short, I left very unsatisfied with my unfixed truck after almost 4 weeks. The truck of course start to have the same problem so I went to Advanced Auto Parts because I purchased the $296 Platinum Diehard Battery from them. They tested the battery in my truck and told me that there was nothing wrong with the battery that buying a new one was a waste of money at this point. The battery still has warranty because it's an 850cca 4 year battery with 19 months left. I called Alma and she told me she was sorry that they could not fix the truck because it did not throw a code. This is a ridiculous answer yet it was coming from a service department that held my truck for 4 weeks to tell me I had a bad battery, which I don't! The other major issue with the truck is a known issue with the radio. The face peels away and the dealership replaced it under my warranty or Arrigo Dodge extended warranty, I'm not sure. Well in less than 2 years the 2nd radio started doing the same thing, I alerted my service rep (whom has since been fired) that I needed it replaced. I trusted this was getting done because he said he ordered it! When I dropped the truck off for the ignition issue Richardson told me the radio had been ordered and he could get it install. Well later on when I started dealing with Alma she informed me that both the guy fired and Richardson incorrectly told me I could have the radio. Alma said it was beyond 2 years and there was no record of it, I was shocked that 2 people said yes and one says no. There is a real problem here, when you tell a customer you are going to do something, you should stand behind it. While all this nonsense was going on I had salespeople calling me from Arrigo to sell me a new vehicle so I could start this nightmare up all over again. Whoever is reading this, please go through the file on my truck, I intend to seek a legal recourse to rectify my situation as I don't know what else to do
