I have been a long time customer at Arrigo and the
I have been a long time customer at Arrigo and the service has been declining in recent years. I came for an oil change recently and had to wait around three hours for my vehicle. I did receive the service as a courtesy from the service representative for my inconvenience. A few days later when I was getting my vehicle washed, they noticed that the right front fender had five or more clips missing and was barely hanging on. This was not how my vehicle was prior to the oil change and inspection at Arrigo. I called the service representative, Miguel to notify him and he said I probably went over a bump and caused the clips to come off myself. I told him that no such incident occurred with me and that the mechanic probably left it off the vehicle when he did the inspection. I inquired about bringing the vehicle in, but after hearing the estimated cost for the repair I decided against it. I also felt it was an injustice for me to pay for a repair that was needed due to the technician's error. Because of this incident I will no longer be doing all my maintenance and repair with Arrigo. I will also not be recommending them to others. I have still been unable to repair my vehicle and have been greatly inconvenienced in an effort to do so, but I would rather put my money elsewhere for the repair than with Arrigo. After consideration I did feel it necessary to notify customer service of my experience in this survey. I have overlooked other experiences but I feel things are getting worse and you all need to make improvements.

We received outstanding service from our advisor, Miguel! His communication with us was excellent and kept us fully informed of the progress on our Jeep. We will be bringing our Jeep to Miguel at Arrigo for all servicing needs.

The service department was packed on Saturday.
The service department was packed on Saturday. But they made the wait bearable with the new cafe they have with delicious food. Ashley was very nice and kept me updated with everything that was going on.
