Service was good I would return.

Service was good I would return. A lot better then last time. They said they would wash my car but they did not. Not a big deal they maybe just forgot.

Alfred was contacted 6 times with a request to tell me

Alfred was contacted 6 times with a request to tell me loan number - no response. Nigel delivered Jeep with warning light on ... I contacted Service dept and ONLY asked for service records - no response. Nigel receives an 8 for honesty, and attempts to help me obtain information. 12+ days later ... Alfred and Service Dept have yet to tell me loan # and provide service records.

Anthony Garcia did an amazing job receiving me. It was end of day, but he made sure to fit me in the schedule and experienced a smooth transaction from beginning to end, very professional. If you go to Arrigo Sawgrass, make sure you see Anthony.

I want to first start this by stating that I hope this

I want to first start this by stating that I hope this does not in any way shape or form reflect on my service advisor. He was wonderful. If it does I apologize. But that being said, I have had issue after issue with arrigo as a whole and can no longer stand to deal with the headaches. I was lied to at the point of sale just to get me to sign. Between my sales associate arshod lying to me several times about various itema and my finance manager Dwight I can no longer trust what I am being told. I can't even confront them because they are no longer working there which I guess is convenient. I was told that I had bumper to bumper warranty and would be covered for 5 years from my purchase date. Only to find out that my warranty is about to expire in a few months and was only valid for a few years. When addressing this with a finance person at my most recent visit, he even agreed that what was offered to me was ridiculous and definitely not what was conveyed to me at the time of sale. In addition to this, I recently encountered a situation where it required me to bring in my vehicle for a diagnostic. I called over the phone to schedule an appointment, I asked if Saturday was available. Because that is my only day where I can take time to bring in my car. I Work Monday through Friday and have no one else to pick me up. I was told I can absolutely do that, and have my vehicle looked at. Only to find on the day of my appointment. The service is only open for quick maintenance items. I was also told that it would take 3-4 days to even look at my vehicle. How am I supposed to get back and forth with my day to day if I am out of a car for 3-4 days? And the warranty won't cover a rental until there is a verified repair needed on car that would take past a day to repair. Also important to mention that they did not clean the car after service. Not even ran through a wash. Not sure if that is a standard or not, but they have done it for me in the past. All in all, it seems as though arrigo is just another typical dealership that will say anything to get their clients to sign a contract that they know won't understand what they're signing. I wish I didn't refer them clients. One of which bought a car.

I spent $31,000 dollars for this car, I ask for coverage

I spent $31,000 dollars for this car, I ask for coverage to cover anything that may go wrong and was told I was covered. Wrong!!! The problem with a leak was not new, it had to be leaking before I bought the car, but it was parked in a parking garage so no one could tell until it was parked outside in the rain. I had the car 1 month I realized there was a leak and only because I bought weather tect floor mats. I'm upset with the way Arriggo handled this. I will be filing complains with consumer agencys and the BBB.

Extremely Disappointing and Deceptive Sales

Extremely Disappointing and Deceptive Sales Practices My experience at Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass was shockingly unprofessional. After agreeing on a lease deal for a 2025 Ram 1500 with salesman Milot Vancol, including a specific down payment and monthly price, the offer sheet he sent was riddled with errors. When I pointed this out, he refused to correct it. Sales Manager Kenny Kelly then got involved, assuring me the situation would be "made right." He even confirmed the agreed-upon down payment over the phone. However, after driving over 60 miles to the dealership, we discovered Mr. Kelly had misled us. The down payment was hundreds of dollars more than promised. He dismissed this as a "misunderstanding" and offered no apology for wasting our time or blatantly misleading us. This bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I emailed General Manager Andrew Vislosky detailing this experience and received no response. This complete lack of accountability is appalling. I urge anyone considering Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass to be extremely cautious. Their lack of transparency and disregard for customers is a huge red flag.
