Brought my car in for an oil change and tire inflation at
Brought my car in for an oil change and tire inflation at 8am. Took 4.5 hours. I got a video that my car was done at 9:37am. Why was I still at the dealership until almost 1pm. The communication was poor and so much time lost.

Words cannot express how I am disappointed with Arrigo
Words cannot express how I am disappointed with Arrigo Sawgrass Service. On 9.10.24 I had my oil changed , tires rotated, and 40k inspection. They did not reset the number on my dash I had to return to dealership and someone named Bernard did it. I asked him why I had not received the video and he said "we are charging this up and we no longer provide them". So fast forward 10 days my 2 front tires shredded on 75. I was at home, my daughter with grandchildren were in the car. My son in law took the car into Arrigo on a Saturday. They did not have the tires and promised they would be there on 9.30.24. So they did not come on Monday they called me to pick up the car on Tuesday at 345pm. When I spoke to the nice young lady I asked her if they had a video she said they sent it and I told her we had not received it. She also told me they were running the car thru the wash. Which by the way they never ran it thru the wash the girl was so upset and embarrassed. Again she said that she would send the video. To this day Oct 3 we still have not received it. We saw it on her computer when we went to get the car. The total for all 4 tires was 1600+ dollars. My whole issue was if they did the 40k inspection and they did the 4 tire rotation (which I paid for by the way) why did nobody tell me that all 4 tires were bad and you can see the threads on the inner part of the tires? Why did Bernard lie about the video? I was just so upset about the lack of accountability. At the end of the days we would sing the praises of Arrigo we love our van and our Sales man Jessie was the best. The service was great the first few time and it started to get progressively worst. One time they check they changed the oil and left a part of the car on the floorboard of the passenger side, one time they were checking to see if i had a puncture in my tire because it kept getting low they put air and said it was fine. I went to Sawgrass mall and had to return with a flat tire. Come to think of it I purchased that tire 6 months ago to a tune of 500 dollars. Now i had to purchase 4 more! We have a 2017 Jeep Cherokee that is paid off and wanted to trade it in for the Wagoneer but nope WE will never step foot in Arrigo again.
