I recently had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Arrigo CDJ's service personnel. From the moment I entered the dealership, I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. The service personnel were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was well taken care of. Not only did Rudy provide excellent service, but his friendly demeanor and genuine concern for customer satisfaction truly stood out. This visit was not like my previous visits.

This visit was not like my previous visits. The service was not A-plus like before. I didn’t receive the pleasantness or professionalism as in the past. I waited longer than usual just to checked in. In fact I had to inquire for a service agent to check me in. It was not busy. There was no other vehicle to be checked in but mine at my arrival time. I was told by an agent who spoke very uncaring sitting in his office to wait by my car, which I was already doing before looking for an agent. Eventually an agent came to check me in. A gentleman came about 20 minutes after my arrival. An agent immediately came out to check him in. I was checked in before the gentleman who came after me. Like me, he came for an oil change. To my surprise his oil change was completed way before me. I had to inquire multiple times. I waited longer than usual. I had received the video of my service and was still waiting and wait. I inquired with the same agent I spoke to about having an agent check me in. He told me it takes 30 minutes for completion after receiving the video, but an hour had past after I received the video. I went back to the waiting area and sat down. I eventually went outside to wait.i saw the same agent again and told him 2 hours and I’m still waiting. I told him a guy came after me for an oil change and was finished before me. He asked for my agent’s name. I pointed to him. He was outside walking talking. I guess on his phone. He spoke to my agent and then I got the compassion. He apologized and my vehicle was brought to me.

First fanantial aproach was a nigthmare, ot was very rude and I was almost abandoned the store, remeber I had been more than 10 year loyal customer of Arrigo.We had bought around 4 car from you.This time this approach of the finatial guy I was tortal dissapointed can;'t rember his name, if you need check your videos or ask JeanKarlo , Just Iala and Jeankarlo intervened and saved the situation and manage my disgusting and finally I bought the car. Angelo service was great. Review your relationship with your customers, There are different customer levels and you can make a difference with loyal customer like us.

Ridicules over charging!

Ridicules over charging! Your dealership management thinks they can take advantage of customers. Your level of greed is astounding. But that’s why all these dealers from the North want a dealership in Florida…anything goes. Right? “In the past without the internet the customer never stood a chance. Now the customers are informed and have a chance.” This is a quote from a very successful retired South Florida dealer. I’m pretty sure as of last check your dealership was bleeding cash. Overcharging and burning your customer base is just going to run you deeper down the rabbit hole. Maybe put your greed aside and stop trying to take advantage of the community. You might end up with some goodwill.
