Arrigo Sawgrass is definitely a 5 star facility. My service advisor, Samuel Trejo provides excellent customer service. He is very straightforward and honest. The Uber service is also fantastic. They have Uber take me home and then pick me up when my car is ready.

What a horrible experience!
What a horrible experience! Tried to purchase Jeep that was listed online at 30158! Currently lease a 25 jeep and own 25 jeep, need to add third unit and when salesperson came with price 44000 plus taxes and fees! Asked to honor online price and returned with 39k! When asked what's going on, why is it a fight to get online price, Salesman said You're in sales correct! You have to work for a better number! And the number you saw online, you are not getting it so come up with a number that you are willing to pay but it will not be the online price!" No explanation why just a take it or leave it attitude! Ended up purchasing vehicle from Arrigo Fort Pierce who not only gave me a price better than what I saw online, Delivered vehicle to me at Arrigo Sawgrass on the same day! Arrigo Sawgrass I wish I had two more hands so I could give you 4 thumbs down!

Would highly recommend Jose. He is a stand up guy and honest. The dealer was super clean and had plenty of inventory plus the cafe onsite was extremely helpful as well. Overall great experience and would go back to Jose for my next car!

I brought in a perfectly working car for a simple oil
I brought in a perfectly working car for a simple oil change and service. A few days later, I discovered a puddle of oil in my driveway. When I checked the dipstick, there was almost no oil left in the engine. I was very lucky to catch this issue before it caused serious and irreversible engine damage. On top of that, I had scheduled an appointment ahead of time, yet I ended up waiting more than 4 hours with no proactive updates from the service advisor. I asked twice for an estimated wait time, and each time I was told the car would be ready in “5–10 minutes.” Those updates turned out to be inaccurate, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of care and communication. A routine service should not put a customer’s engine at risk or waste nearly half a day with misleading updates.

I traveled a good bit to get to the dealership. I bought an "as is" used car. I don't mind buying as is, but I feel a dealership should tell you what "as is" ACTUALLY means so that you can make an informed decision. I think several things were knowingly covered up or not discussed. I had an inexperienced salesperson who was very nice and did communicate well, but he over promised and could not deliver several things. Their website is covered in stuff, that pops up for you to fill out for discounts and coupons, don't bother to fill any of that out. Maybe they apply if you're buying a new car, (I couldn't ever really get a straight answer on that,) they blamed it all on their marketing company and said they don't really honor any of that. Seems strange. Luckily I love the vehicle I bought and the most severe problem it had I was already familiar with from fixing it on my last one, but I don't think I left with a feeling that this dealership is trustworthy.

Hi, this's the first time I've worked with this service
Hi, this's the first time I've worked with this service advisor (Tiffany) and mechanic (Aden), and they did a great job. The three previous times (with other advisors and mechanics) weren't so good. This time, all the fluids were topped off, the tire pressure was adjusted, and both batteries were replaced. My Jeep is like new again. Thank you, Tiffany and Aden!
