I absolutely loved how welcoming everyone was, specially Nick! I literally drove up, Nick greeted me and scheduled my car right in for an oil change and in less than an hour I was driving home.

My jeep sat for 2 days before looking at it on the 3rd day. In total, it took 5 days to repair due to short staff. This was a engine wiring harness, They also charged MSRP for the part ($3200). This part was $1000 less on the Mopar site if I purchased the part myself. However, the service advisor is the only reason I would bring the jeep back to be serviced. I have always used this service center. But, they are short staffed.
