So I’m rating this a 2 because the vehicle listed no longer is available at this dealership and hasn’t been for sometime. It comes across as a bait and switch. The dealer claimed not to know why it was still been shown as available.

Came in for an oil change but there was a recall as well. They handled the recall and some other items needing to be done, coordinated a rental and kept me informed of the progress for parts. Anthony Garcia was awesome!

I only received an express oil change. Jaylen was Professional. However, I would have liked my complementary multipoint inspection video report card. Apparently there was a glitch in the system. Same thing happened at my last oil change.

paying over $700 to replace a battery is outrageous. I don't need 15 words to express this.
