They were kind and resolved my issue but no one

They were kind and resolved my issue but no one communicated that parts were needed and it would be another day for repairs. Also my issue was simple a torn heater hose and the cost was over 1200. Part was less than 100$ not sure for the high repair bill for something simple

They actually had a real deal on tires.

They actually had a real deal on tires. Not overly priced and then discounted. It was buy 2 get 2 free. Mounted, balanced and 4 wheel alignment came out cheaper than just buying the tires alone elsewhere including online.

I bought my current vehicle at Arrigo Margate and have

I bought my current vehicle at Arrigo Margate and have had it serviced there since. This was my first time at Arrigo Sawgrass due to my car was towed to this location when I had a flat tire. I was impressed with Tiffany Salazar from the moment I spoke to her in the phone when I was waiting for my tow and even more so when I met her in person. Instead of purchasing two tires - one to replace the flat tire and one to use as a spare, I bought four new tires due to a special that she informed me of. She went out of her way to make it a positive experience by changing out my dying remote battey, arranging transportation to/from home. and having my car washed once my four new tires were on and aligned. I would definitely recommend Tiffany and would prefer to have my car serviced at Arrigo Sawgrass with Tiffany along with buying my next vehicle at this location.

My service writer Bob Goldberg was extremely helpful.

My service writer Bob Goldberg was extremely helpful. There was a mixup at the beginning as I didn’t know my vehicle should have gone to the fleet department. Bob got everything straightened out and got my truck finished in time he said he would. Pleasure doing business with him and I will be a return customer.
