I’m actually upset that I am writing this review because two years ago I left a 5 star review and had a great experience. I went back and bought another car from them a week and a half ago and it was a nightmare. To be fair my sales person Chantelle was great but it all went down hill when I went to finance and dealt with Ozzie. Im embarrassed to say I trusted him and didn’t read every detail and he snuck in 5 additional warranties equaling over $9,000. As I said I’m embarrassed that I let it happen. Fortunately all but one were able to be canceled. He also played with the sales price which I’m not sure how he came to because he won’t call me back. Once I went home and reviewed all details I called and emailed Ozzie, Chantelle and the GM. Ozzie refuses to take my call and won’t reply to an email. Chantelle is the only one that has responded apologizing but it is out of her control. The finance director Lala sent me an email Saturday asking when would be a good time to talk not sure why they couldn’t just pick up the phone but I responded immediately and said any time this weekend or Monday after 10am and guess what no call. After reading reviews and doing other investigating this is what they do. I tried really hard to solve the issue and be polite and not leave negative reviews but of course they left me no choice. Please Please don’t be stupid like me read everything and do not trust anyone that works there they are beyond shady!!!!

Well managed dealership. A previous bad experience was corrected with the new team. I’m glad they admitted the problem and corrected it.
