Service by advisor was amazing! The finalization crew washing car not so much. Grease on door, service monitor still in car, tag still on mirror. A lot of work was done to perfection in the shop and the advisor the last stop was lacking before return to the client! I am not marking down Anthony for this!

My vehicle was towed to the dealership and Ruddy was excellent about notifying me that they received it and addressing the issue with it. Ruddy was able to have the repair completed sooner than I anticipated and he notified me that my vehicle was ready for pickup.
