Wonderful

Carl in Service is wonderful and always works with our crazy schedule! This is just about more important than the great service they give. We also love the free car wash!

Excellent

Nice people, great service. Only thing that could improve is if I could wiggle my nose and have it instantly done for free! (I bought my car from Ron Hibbard Toyota because the on-line customer ratings were far superior to any other dealer in our area. I have not been disappointed.)

Great service!

I have been having our Toyotas serviced at Ron Hibbard for the last 7 years. Carl in the service department has always taken very good care of us. He is very thorough in explaining things and has always been honest with us. If our car needs something he tells us and if it doesn't need something he tells us. I will continue to bring our cars here in the future and highly recommend Karl and this service dept. to anyone looking for a trust-worthy place to have their car serviced.

Friendly service, excellent work

Since purchasing my 2013 Toyota Sequoia from Rivergate Toyota, I have always had it serviced at Ron Hibbard Toyota. Scheduling an oil change/tire rotation is quick and easy. At my last oil change, it was mentioned that I need to look at replacing my tires. There was no mention of them needing to do it- no pressure to buy, just a concern for the safety of my family. After a summer of cross-country driving, I knew it was time it get them done, so I called up Carl and got a detail and tire replacement scheduled. When I dropped my car off yesterday, I let them know I was under a time crunch due to school. Usually, this would be an all day drop-off, but they had my car back to me by 2:30! Carl delivered, my car looked amazing, and I got to where I needed to be. I can always count on Carl so I will always continue to frequent Ron Hibbard.

Great purchase!

We went to have our 2004 4runner serviced and drove home in a new 4runner. Our 2004 has been the best, but it was time to upgrade. Jason Hargrove was excellent in working with us and made sure we were happy with the deal. The Reid's

surprised

i went there looking at a used truck but bought a brand new one,never thought i could afford a new one but the people of ron hibbard toyota made it happen,very pleased

Why go anywhere else???

Lydia/Ron were tremendous in helping us pick our daughters first vehicle. We needed their experience in assisting us in getting a safe/reliable/top quality/cost effective vehicle. They reviewed many options with us and knew the vehicles extremely well. There was no sense of pressure in anyway. Their concern was showing us the proper vehicles and informing us accordingly for us to make the right decision. This is our second vehicle from the dealership. There is no need to go anywhere else. Thank you Ron and Lydia.
