Upon arrival, we were cordially greeted and told what was available for us while our vehicle was being serviced, coffee, snacks, etc... Also when looking at the new CX5 the keys were gotten so we could look inside and the updated features where explained and shown to us.

Fixed my issue in an expedited manner and explained the issue very well. The problem involved door lock not working

the service department was very accommodating. Since the service was longer then one day the service department offered a loaner vehicle for transportation.
