Bought a 2019 F150 truck on 11/14/2024 with a 15 day 500
Bought a 2019 F150 truck on 11/14/2024 with a 15 day 500 mile warranty. Less then 100 mile and 2 days discovered The heat was not working. I spent almost 1100.00 to get it fixed. They blocked my phone number! Do not buy from these liars and scam artist. Eric in sales and Bret Nelson.

Lack of service
Called ahed and let them know we were coming. Drove 40 min to the dealership. when we got there the salesman wouldn't look at us and was more concerned with his colleagues conversation. Told us the car wasn't at the address he gave us and that we would have to drive to the warehouse. I drive to the warehouse, the salesman does not come with. I was there to buy the car. Cash in hand. Wouldn't let me drive the car. Told me to schedule something later in the week...no follow up phone call, no thank you. I drove 20 more minutes and bought a different car for 20k more.
