This dealership is a scam they sell lemon cars when you bring it back The Gio guy acts nice like he wants to help fix the issue they keep the car act like they actually did something then the car still has the same issue if you are a woman he tries to intimidate and threaten you and then tries to make you think that you are at wrong Biggest mistake please avoid this place it’s only a coverup for money laundering. And the warranty is a scam!!!!!

PRO. they had the car i was looking for. CON. When i picked up car i notices they had added 50~ miles to the odometer. Week after owning the car I picked up service history records from Bernadi toyota and their records reported the car having 99100~ miles. shopicar sold me the car with 96900~ Requested help under warrenty when check engine light came on. no one reached out to me helping to remedy the problem.. I think most respectful dealership top off the tank when you pick up the car. not in my case.

I wish I had never heard of this place. Customer service was great, but now I'm stuck with a car that constantly has issues. Plus, the warranty that they SUGGEST you get is a TOTAL SCAM. My car broke down within 2 MONTHS and the warranty refused to pay for the 2K repair. They claimed that it was caused by "environmental damage"! Then, I had to chase their finance guy for over 3 months before I got a warranty refund. I only got it, when I threatened to go to the state authorities. I'm now stuck with a lemon, thanks to ShopiCar. I so wish that I had gone to a real dealership and not a bunch of scam artists. PLEASE, DON'T TOUCH THIS PLACE!

I love the staff at Shopi-Car ! They treated me so well and I totally had an exceptional experience. The are a well-oiled machine and work great together and Truly enjoy each others company. I actually miss them. I still love my my car and tell everyone I find that is car shopping to go to Shopi-Car. They are the best forget the rest.

I set an appointment, I confirmed my appointment, and yeah I showed up 20 minutes late. The car was not ready to be test driven! It was in the back and the battery was so dead the first little jump box couldn’t start it. And it get better. I spoke with Mckaylia who I made the appointment with and she apologized. The next day I get an email From Berto asking me to set up a time to drive the car. I tell him about my waist of time and he tells me it my fault for not calling about being late. If ever there was proof of lying salesman this is it. I recommend you avoid this place and find a reputable place of business!

Please do not waste your time going to buy here.. the cars that they advertise are not ready to be bought.. they will lie to u and say they are working on ur car and are not.. they are just wasting ur time… beware

LIARS AND SCAMMERS! Stay far away from this place! DO NOT TRUST WORD THEY SAY. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS. THEY CLAIM TO FIX CARS BUT PROVIDE PHONY RECEIPTS. I CALLED THE AUTO REPAIR SHOP ON THE FAKE RECEIPTS I WAS GIVEN AND THEY REPORTED NEVER HAVING WORKED ON MY CAR. REPORTING TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL!!!

All I know I’m reporting them to the attorney general office. Liars liars .please do not buy a car from these people.took my car back three times and still the problem hasn’t resolved
