its been two weeks since my 2024 canyon is on the wating
its been two weeks since my 2024 canyon is on the wating to be reapir for some problem with the computer and screen, Do not buy in here or make any service! they just gonna keep telling you that the part is coming, even if is true or not this is a factory problem wich thehy cant even fix like I say, Do not buy in here, dont waste your money in this trucks!

I was able to easily make an appointment online for a drop off a few days later, drop off was quick and easy. They were honest up front about how long it might take to get diagnostics run, and they kept me informed of progress even if there wasn't any. Ron was easy to get a hold of if needed but made sure to call once daily with updates on progress. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the price to diagnose and replace a clamp within my exhaust system was more than $500.00 and that feels a bit steep to me. My car is back to running like new.

Starting on a positive note - my salesperson, Bob, was
Starting on a positive note - my salesperson, Bob, was great - but that is where the positive ends - the dealership is worn, dirty, and tattered - and the people working there are rude, dismissive, and condescending. BUYER BEWARE - I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO SALINAS GOLDSTAR GMC - Gilroy did not give me all of the discounts advertised amounting to about $1500 - not the end of the world, but the lack of transparency and "games" between sales- on-floor manager and finance were awful - to the point that I walked out at one point and the salesperson followed me to my car and convinced me that I would get everything I asked for. My fault for not just leaving when I had the chance. NEVER EVER USE THIS SHELL/SHAM AFTER THOUGHT OF A DEALERSHIP! BUYER BEWARE - ESPECIALLY WHEN THE ONLY POSTER ON THE DIRTY PEELING WALLS OF THE SALES OFFICES ARE "NO COOLING OFF PERIOD" ANNOUNCEMENTS.
