Watch for SCAMSSS!

Watch for SCAMSSS!!!! FRAUDELENT DEALS!!!! Don’t let yourself be fooled with what they tell you and read every single line extremely careful. I’m updating the review I had previously made to the dealer the day I bought my car because they are a total scam. I renewed my lease after being contacted by Víctor my sales person, everything seemed like a great deal until a couple of weeks after. The lease renewal was turning in my old Nautilius and I leased this years’. When I signed the papers right when I was about to leave the manager Louis Silva asked me if I had signed the papers turning in my old lease which I had not so he proceeded to give me a tablet to sign. The paper said something about a $5000 which I asked him if it was bill for me and he said I had to pay nothing to “them” but yet a couple of weeks after Lincoln sent me a bill of $5000 for the miles of the old lease and even the last month (mind you my lease was over on August and I got the new lease on July 19th). My frustration with them comes for the fact that not only did they ommit to give me all the details of what they were doing but even when I asked they lied to me my face. I have never felt so violated and disrespected in my life. I have spoken with one of the sales manager Richard Faustino and the main manager to try to get to some kind of understanding but once they have the deal signed you are just another number. I had been with Lincoln over 15 years and I was looking foward of many more years but they have lost a loyal costumer

I have called and gone to your dealer on several occasions. Have spoken with sales managers and general managers and have not been helped. As I said before to the rest everyone should be careful on the deals they sign on this dealer. Louis Silva lied to my face after I asked him about a $5000 bill that he made me sign and after I asked what it was for he said I did not owe anything to the dealer but when I called after receiving a bill from Lincoln I was told that the bill was not for them. I signed the contract under coercion and misrepresentation so the contract should be void and null and your dealership has done fraud. Extremely dissatisfied with the services offered and after being a costumer for many decades this relationship has come to an end.

Do not buy from this dealership!

Do not buy from this dealership! They are the worst! I purchased a Lincoln Navigator from them. After I wired them the money and drove more than 600 miles to pick up the vehicle, they began a well rehearsed series of price increases and add-ons. I spent several hours with their sales folks, who continued to apologize the unethical behavior of their manager - the person "behind the curtain" that you will never get to meet. It was a 5 hour miserable experience. I honestly don't believe these guys ever intend to sell a vehicle for the advertised price. By the way, I was not the only unhappy potential customer in the dealership lobby. Everyone was visibly angry! They get one star because no stars is not an option.

No thank you I Came to you guys so many times. I called and Roberto stated he “did not care he got his sale”. I came there And you guys sold me a car and less than 2 hours later the check engine came on. We came to service Business day and service did not treat me like a customer. They told me sales said i did not have a warranty with them and pushed me and my car out. But you don’t need a warranty to get a belt changed ! I CAME 3 times less than a week to speak to Isadora and booked an “appointment” for her to say AGAIN they can’t service me. I asked many times how much was the belt? No one told me. Purposely sold me a bad car . DO NOT COME HERE ! And their General Manager (Kerry) knows what they are doing ! But I caught on to their SCAM! now 1 week after having the car The car went up in smoke ! They do not help !
