Bait n switch, don't waste ur time driving here, they will say one price over the phone and hike it by $3000 when u get to them, what a waste of time.

Where is the zero star option??? Drove 3 hours for a "labeled" good deal. When we arrived, the price was then marked up an extra $2000 plus for MANDATORY car theft, interior coating, and wheel protection (normal options you can decline). Documentation fees were anticipated but not all of the above mentioned fees. Apparently all Echopark locations across the country have these fees added on to their sales. So, next time you're looking at an Echopark listing add a couple thousand to the LISTED price!

I visited EchoPark about a month ago to get my car appraised. When I returned later and asked if the appraisal was still valid, they assured me it was. They told me that if I came back the next day with the proper paperwork, they'd honor the original appraisal amount. Well, I came back the very next day—just like they told me to—and suddenly they claimed they couldn’t honor the appraisal anymore. They dropped the offer by $1,500 with no good explanation. Extremely shady business practices. If I wasn’t in a rush, I never would’ve sold my car to them. I highly recommend staying far away from this place.
