Worked with Austin who was perfect— no pressure, super kind to my kids and got them a snack so I could focus, and helped me make the best decision for our situation (didn’t do any hard upsells etc). After the purchase, he even followed up a few times to see if I had any questions about the tech, since I didn’t previously have a Hyundai or the advanced features the new car came with

My husband and I had an incredible experience at Twin

My husband and I had an incredible experience at Twin City Hyundai when purchasing our new Santa Fe! Kelly R’s knowledge, professionalism and patience made the purchasing process seamless and painless. She listened to all of our wants and needs and helped us find the car met our criteria and was the best fit for our family. Kelly ensured that we were comfortable and understood everything throughout the entire process. My husband and I felt at ease through the entire process. Cliff, the GM, made sure that we were connected with the right person to assist us in our car purchasing journey. He readily checked in to make sure that all of our needs were being met and that we were comfortable. Working with Twin City Hyundai was like working with friends. There was no pressure or any sense of being overwhelmed! My husband and I will definitely return to Twin City Hyundai in the future!

I paid for two (2) key fobs only received one.

I paid for two (2) key fobs only received one. I have contacted them multiple times as to where my second key fob is, all they do is blame coporate, yet they charged me for two key fobs and will not give me the second under any circumstances. They stink and took my money for two key fobs.

The Twin City Hyundai dealership was very easy with which to deal. Jaxon Edwards was very helpful and knowledgeable about the models of Hyundai. He helped us in our selection of the new 2024 Santa Fe. It is roomy, comfortable, great looking and full of the options we needed. Working with Twin City Hyundai service was an awsom experience. They had to keep my car overnight but the secretary gave me a ride home so I could go to work. I would recommend Twin City Hyundai service.
