I thought that Reggie, the Service Advisor handled our transaction with speed and efficiency. He couldn't have been more caring, or sympathetic is helping solve our situation. Providing a vehicle to get us to a Doctors appointment was unbelievable. I thought I would need to rent a car. I am definitely moving my service over to Woodland Ford after this great experience.

Bunch of crooks.

Bunch of crooks. Reached out to lease a Bronco. After agreeing to a price with sales manager Adam Herren, he then refused to sell me the car without almost $2,000 worth of hidden up charges. Mind you. This is a new 2024 that has been sitting on his lot for almost 600 days. Adam, is probably the most stuck up, rude, and incompetent person in the automotive industry. Fueled by ego, he puts more effort into arguing with potential clients than he does actually selling a car. If you prefer money in your pocket, avoid this place like the plague.

We were searching for a Ford Transit van and found one

We were searching for a Ford Transit van and found one that looked promising on CarGurus, which was located at Woodland Ford. We dropped in to see the van and had a wonderful experience with salesperson Max (Maximillian). Absolutely no pressure - just information. We had a test drive, liked the van, and had quite a bit of subsequent text and telephone communication with Max - who was responsive, timely, accommodating and just excellent. Once we decided to move forward with the purchase we worked with Michael V. the Finance Manager (very professional) and again, super smooth and pleasant process - though it did take longer than we expected, so just plan accordingly. We were satisfied with the final price, we love the van, and we were impressed with the overall customer care and vibe of this dealership. We will need another vehicle in the relatively near future and we will definitely look for Max at Woodland Ford for our next purchase!

Buying a car is always painful.

Buying a car is always painful. They made the process easy, swift, and pleasant. The facilities were inviting. The sales reps were not closing in from all sides like zombies when I arrived at the dealership. Overall a good experience.

I was looking to upgrade my Ram 1500 to a truck with more

I was looking to upgrade my Ram 1500 to a truck with more towing capacity but with good MPG as a daily driver as well. I had salesmen at several dealerships looking to find what I asked for. Woodland Ford was the best by far. Their efforts to find just the right truck for me and take my current truck in trade was far superior to the others.

Purchased new tires and new brake pads.

Purchased new tires and new brake pads. Job was incomplete as parkig/emergency brake was not adjusted properly. Returned next day to get issue corrected. Was told it was within specifications or if I wanted to pay $360.00 parking brake would be adjusted to where it was before the service was performed. I was told the cost was due to having to dismantle the rear brakes to make adjustments. Folks I'm 66 years old but I knew it was a 5 minute job. It only takes removal of an inspection cap and adjusting the adjuster, simple and is done without removing the wheels. Was I misinformed for the sake of profit? Or was it incompetent technical knowedge? It doesn't matter my safety could be compromised if I needed to use emergency brake. I will be paying to get it properly adjusted at another dealer. Trust is broken no faith in Woodland Ford.
