Brian and Shane were absolutely amazing.

Brian and Shane were absolutely amazing. Truly a pleasure to buy here. Amazing to work with and have a good deal well different than sticker price. Wanted to make sure it was vehicle we wanted and concerned about us as a person. Great service, deal and dealership. Will be back.

Another great experience with Brian at Imperial.

Another great experience with Brian at Imperial. This is our third purchase from him and his team and it was smooth and easy. He found us exactly the right Cadillac we were looking for and made us a very fair deal on it too even though were were picky about the colors and options lol. couldnt ask for more!

Who would sell you a car that wasn’t safe to drive?

Who would sell you a car that wasn’t safe to drive? Imperial Motor Company, that’s who. These guys are nothing more than a flyby night dealership. They take in used cars, shine them up a little bit and put them on the lot for sale without any major maintenance performed on them. I worked with Brian, the general manager, who is accommodating, and pleasant to work with. I do have words of advice for anyone who is considering buying a car from Imperial Motor Company. Do your homework and know exactly what it is that you’re looking for. If something doesn’t seem right don’t bother questioning it because Brian will have a quick and reasonably logical explanation. Take a deep breath and count to 10 and ask yourself is this something I could live with. For example, I purchased a Jeep Wrangler that had no spare tire and sensor lights that were illuminating on the dash. It was all explained away like, that’s no big deal, an easy fix. But are they willing to fix the issue? Nope, it’s up to you, which doesn’t seem like a major circumstance in the excitement of the moment. However, those little issues definitely turned into bigger ones as I began driving the car home And completely lost power in the middle of I 75. Fact is, I barely made it home and I live three hours from the dealership. You shouldn’t feel completely anxiety ridden driving a vehicle that you just purchased for tens of thousands of dollars. Once I had a professional take a look, the list of issues were as long as I am tall so I decided the very next day to trade that car in for something that I felt safe driving. Before you sign that piece of paper that says, “AS IS” You better be certain that you can either live with the problems or be able to afford to have them repaired on top of their lofty pricing (for what you receive). When I contacted Brian he assured me that he wanted to make it right. At this point the only thing that would make it right would be to reimburse me for the money that I lost having to trade for a car that I felt safe driving to the tune of $4000. Completely my error for not walking away but somehow I felt that I could trust Brian, that he wouldn’t let me drive off the lot in a car that was breaking down and that lost power several times on the way home. Let’s just say that at my ripe old age of 65 I am still learning lessons the hard way. Shame on me. Save yourself the hassle, find a car at a reputable dealership where they actually service a vehicle before putting it on the lot

Super great crew at Imperial to work with.

Super great crew at Imperial to work with. Hard to find a decent car in this economy but Brian worked with me nicely on a low miles Buick Lacrosse they had. very clean car, showed me carfax, addressed all my concerns, even showed me how to set all the features to how i liked. best part was he was very open about the car and let me take it on a long drive and have a friend look at it before buying. also no crazy $4000 "gotcha fees" like the big dealer ships have. keep your business local with a good small business like this!

I was in need of a new vehicle to tow a newly purchased

I was in need of a new vehicle to tow a newly purchased boat. With the help of Brian and George I was able to get a 2018 Ram 2500 that fit the bill perfectly. They assisted with financing and delivered the truck in a timely manner. This was a quick and efficient buying experience!

I had a great experience with Brian and George.

I had a great experience with Brian and George. I purchased my son a 2009 Jeep Wrangler. They were kind and courteous throughout the transaction. My credit isnt the best and the insurance was a bit of a hassle but Brian helped us navigate through the process and it really resulted in a great experience.

I have been in contact with Imperial Motors regarding a 2005Malibu Maxx . Even though they had 80 pictures online, I called and asked for additional Photos. They provided the photos I asked for. To my delete the photos of the car looked as I hoped they would. I am very interested in purchasing this vehicle. It looks like just what I need. I am grateful that they Dealership took time to send me the added photos. I need to Add I did not purchase this vehicle yet. I plan on Purchasing this vehicle shortly. Thank you to you all, Elliott Nelson

Have an independent mechanic check!!!

Have an independent mechanic check the car! I got a 2010 Expedition and it had thousands of dollars worth of problems and I got the run around and lots of false promises. I got it fixed on my own and it's running now but wow...really ended up overpaying.
