Kenny was my service representative for my Acura MDX 2002. Kenny had to deliver the news to me that I needed a new transmission. I called him numerous times with questions prior to agreeing to the transmission replacement and Kenny was wonderful. I recommend thie Acira service department and Acura vehicles.

GOT IN & OUT QUICKLY, AND WITH A CLEAN CAR THANKS FOR CHECKING THAT AIRBAG RECALL. Would love to fill out these surveys, but you make areas like mandatory and it's such a pain in the rear that people HATE SURVEYS! What's up with a 25 word minimum? I'll bet a dollar I'm not the only one who thinks this is ridiculous, and will likely give the dealership lesser marks because of this silliness.

Great Customer Service
The service department staff is very kind, friendly, and attentive; very refreshing as many businesses no longer put the customer first. Kenny explained everything about my car very well and was able to complete my service in less time as anticipated. They made me feel like I was important; I really appreciated that they were always checking on me while in the lounge to ensure all of my needs were met. The sales staff members also made me feel at home and I was there for a service. In addition, the associate at the cafe was awesome...she made certain that I was comfortable and had everything I needed while I waited for my car. I drove from Fort Leonard Wood, MO to service my car and it was such a great experience, that I am now looking forward to the 3 hour drive to get my next service! Other dealerships can learn from Jay Wolfe Acura of Springfield's customer service model. Keep up the excellent work; you guys ROCK!

Great service crew and good atmosphere
I needed to have the airbag inflator in my 03 TL replaced due to the recall. The service guy treated me really well and said not a problem we'll get that swapped out for you right away. I was offered a courtesy car but declined and waited it out inside. The lounge area was very nice and accommodating during the wait. About an hour later, my car was finished and it was even washed complimentary. Excellent service!

Took MDX to have steering wheel driver mechanism checked.
Parts had to be ordered. They came in speedily and we were given a courtesy car during the work time. Problem fixed and car washed!??
