My salesman, Kevin King, was very pleasant and knowledgable, He answered every question and listened to my concers. He corresponded with me several times by email to ensure I got the exact vehicle I wanted. He was honest and down-to-Earth. He never made me feel pressured or gave me the "hard-sell." Chuck Tufort was my financial specialist. He got me a great interest rate, and was able to explain all the extended warranties that Shuman offers. He stayed with me for one half-hour and answered every question I had about financing and service. Shuman Chrysler-Dodge attracted me because of the non-commissioned sales approach. Everyone works together as a team which is uncharacteristic of other dealerships. Shuman Chrysler-Dodge gives back to the community, especially the public school system. We live 70 miles from Shuman Chrysler Plymouth Jeep. We had lived in the Walled Lake area and purchased our vehicles 5 years ago from Shumans. We had relocated over the last 5 years to several locations in michigan from Grand Rapids to Lansing to Jackson and last year purchased a house in Grass Lake MI. We have tried numerous dealers for service and never satisfied and sometimes very dissatisfied with the service on our vehicles. My wife and I decided that we should drive over the 100 miles round trip to have our cars services at Shuman's and we can't tell you how great it is to be back. All dealers whether they are Chrysler or other brands should be as courteous and attentive to the customer as Shuman's. We will never go anywhere else for service or purchase another vehicle. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR SALES PERSON. SHE DID A GREAT JOB OF EXPLAINING ALL THE FEATURES OF THE JOURNEY AND TOLD US WE COULD CALL AT ANY TIME IF WE HAD A PROBLEM AND EVERYONE THAT WE DEALT WITH AT THE DEALERSHIP WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. I had such a great experience that I feel like I must have "missed something". I went in for a random test drive on Wednesday and had a new car Thursday. And with NO PRESSURE. I am not sure I have had better service anywhere.
